How much does a man and van cost?
Rates start at £50 per hour for a self-load van with driver, £55 per hour for one man with an LWB or XLWB van, £60 per hour for one man with a Luton, £80 per hour for two men and a Luton, and £100 per hour for a full house move with a three man crew. Blankets, straps and floor protection are included at every level.
Can I book just one hour?
Yes. One and two hour bookings are available across every service level — ideal for a single item, a quick collection or a short local move. If the job runs longer on the day, extra time is billed in 30 minute increments at the same rate.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. Our phone is answered around the clock for urgent, same day and short notice work, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Online booking slots run 07:00 to 23:00 seven days a week — for anything outside that, call or WhatsApp 07777 300 888.
Do you handle Europe and international moves?
Yes. We arrange household and commercial relocations to and from Europe and further afield, including customs paperwork, part loads and dedicated vehicles. These are quoted individually — send us the two addresses and a rough inventory.
What does waste clearance cost?
A half load of mixed waste starts at £250 and a full load at £500, with labour, transport and licensed disposal included. Wood waste and garden waste are quoted on request, as pricing depends on volume and the recycling route — send a photo and we'll come back quickly.
How does the deposit work?
A fixed £25 secures your slot and crew whatever the size of the job. It comes off your final bill, and the balance is settled on the day by card or cash.
What's included in the packing service?
£125 per room covers labour and every material — furniture wraps, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, blankets, boxes and bags. Nothing is charged separately afterwards.
What is the white glove service?
A specialist crew with the right tools and protective flooring for items that can't simply be replaced: pianos, fine art, antiques and exhibition pieces. It's charged at +£30 per hour per man on top of your service rate.
How do stairs charges work?
Stairs are £10 per flight, per man, per hour where there is no lift access. On the full house move service the first two flights are included. We confirm floor levels and lift access on the confirmation call so there are no surprises.
Do you have a 7.5 tonne lorry or a caged tipper?
Both. The caged tipper handles waste and garden clearance, and the 7.5 tonne lorry covers larger houses, commercial loads and European moves. The 7.5 tonne isn't bookable online — WhatsApp or email us for a quote.

Drivers are based across all areas of London, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and the wider Home Counties, with European and international moves quoted on request.
